Konstrukt Development recently completed a remodeling project

that included our kitchen and two bathrooms. We are extremely

thrilled with the result and would recommend them without

reservation. In fact, we were so pleased that we engaged them to

work on another project for us.

I began my project working with Expo Design Center and after

months of frustration, finally contacted John and James Guerra of

Konstrukt. They worked closely with us and began our project

within weeks. Our designer with Expo had under-estimated

amounts on a number of the materials, and Konstrukt quickly

located additional materials so our project could be completed on

time.

Konstrukt Development made my remodeling project easy because

they are responsive (I could always reach them quickly and easily),

clean (I was amazed at how neat and orderly the interior and

exterior of my home remained throughout the project), they are

outstanding communicators (they knew exactly what I wanted

done because they took the time to listen and ask the right

questions) and they see to it that everything is completed as

expected. I never had to worry about what was happening and I

always felt that my project was their priority.
