Tenant Improvements

KD offers complete tenant improvement services to perform your project with respect, diligence and care. Although KD offers design and architectural services, if you have your own designer and/or architect we are more than happy to work directly with them. At the beginning of your project we provide a master project schedule so you know what and when things are happening. Throughout the project we provide updates to the schedule to track progress and ensure we are on-time. Our longevity has enabled us to build and maintain great working relationships with all of our subcontractors, some going back nearly thirty (30) years. We do our best to make you feel that your job is our only job.
